Regarding the recent heroic efforts by Edward Snowden to expose the transgressions of the Intelligence Agencies and the American Administration, I think a case could be made which would attempt to demonstrate that Snowden did in fact blow the whistle on illegality, on criminal activity, and therefore was forced into his invidious position.

According to the American Constitution there cannot be such a massive infringement of civil liberties without due process, for example...

The Fifth Amendment (Amendment V) to the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, protects against any abuse by a government authority in a legal procedure.

Not rubber-stamped 1,691 times out of 1,691 requests for surveillance...

That is not a Democracy but a Kleptocracy! Thievery of personal, private data without permission or proper due process is unlawful…

To usurp and co-opt the legislative process in America, to influence or coerce the Justice Department, to write legislation which in some instances was probably even designed retrospectively as the NSA data gathering activities actually began even before 9/11 and so the Patriot Act etc., would therefore cover their rears nicely, is also unlawful.

The legislation within the Patriot Act blatantly transgresses America's very own Holy Constitution stripping citizen rights completely in one clean sweep.

The Fourth Amendment is clearly and unambiguously the most glaring unlawful transgression, that is, at least according to the Constitution :

In my humble opinion alone the conspiracy theory that the 9/11 attacks came to a certain extent from within, and that it was a massive False-Flag attack is beginning to look fairly convincing.
